What areas do you service?
We service Greater Sydney, including major regions such as Parramatta, Blacktown, Liverpool, Penrith, Campbelltown, the Hills District, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Sutherland Shire, St George and Macarthur.
Do you provide quotes?
Yes. Send your address or suburb, a description of the work and clear photos where possible. We will confirm the next step and whether a site inspection is required.
Do you work with strata and real estate clients?
Yes. Our services are suitable for selected residential, strata, real estate and commercial properties, subject to scope and availability.
Can I book more than one service?
Yes. Vertex is designed to provide one point of contact for multiple property maintenance and cleaning requirements.
Are additional works approved first?
Yes. Any work outside the agreed scope should be discussed and approved before it proceeds.
